Airtel — network issue ,can't hear anything while calling & call getting disconnected after 12 sec

Hi,

i am reporting from Union bank Of India, Vijay Nagar colony, Hyderabad.

From Yesterday we are suffering from network issue. here nobody in under the radius of this tower is able to make a call under airtel tower which is located above our bank. call is getting connected but we can't here anything, and it is getting disconnected after 12 sec with a " network error " message pop up.

Last week also there was issues with network, kindly take action or we we'll switch to JIO or any other network.
