Airtel — network issue from last 2 months

I have using Airtel sim from last 5 years but from last 2 months I have facing network issue on my sim. I have talk with customer care they suggest me to replace the old sim with new sim. Then I replace the sim and airtel store take charge Rs. 60/- for sim replacement. But after sim replacement I have till facing same problem all time network issue I can not call, Get 3G data as 30 kbps download speed which is below 2G speed. Please try to solve the issue.
