Airtel — network issue with respect to voice call and data service (at least 2g)

From last 30 days the network coverage has become worst. Very very poor response. Previously a year ago we had the same problem, but at least you people had tried to solve the issue to some extent if not completely. But now despite of complaining several times about the issue, no one has turned this side. Is this the way the airtel treats its customers..? Especially those customers who never turned towards other telecom service providers from past several years. Any how kindly consider the issue seriously and initiate the necessary action.

The 4g internet service is very low in fact 2g speed was better in my house though I stay in town, sometimes there is call drop when I travel rural areas

I have tired to contact airtel company to mobile postpaid service coz my airtel sim is not working
I frequently get SMS from A$-TFAROT specifing the call duration and 0 cost, all throught the day and night where i will have not made any calls at all. Please resolve the problem
