Airtel — Network issues in Airtel Prepaid: [protected]

I am new in Bangalore and staying in Dhoddathogur, Electronic city. I am sorry to say that ever since i bought this sim (10 days back), i have been facing network issues at my home. Even my 3G net pack doesn't work properly. Please help me with this as soon as possible. Shikha [protected]
