Dear Sirs,
This is to bring it to your attention that we, Royal Shelter have 28 Nos. of CUG lines for which we have migrated the Vodafone network to Airtel network at our office at Trichy, Coimbatore, Chennai, & Karur.
We regret to inform you that since after this interchange, we are having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception. Even though the handset’s network indicates full signal, we are unable to make a clear outgoing / incoming calls, particularly in the Mob.No.[protected]. This obstruction creates lots of inconvenience in our communication during crucial hours.In this connection, we need to raise a complaint about the unsatisfactory working of this link.
If this continues and do not hear from you within 2 days we will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies or otherwise this action will be considered null and void and go for a changeover of the network connection.
