I am sarvesh abdagire from kasheli bhiwandi i have been having network problems at my home which results in call drops, incoming call was not come, voice break and call disconnections while using internet services (3g, 4g, 2g).
I put in a continuously complaint with the customer service executive. But he did not give me any response only one sentence i have been hearing you can wait 2 days my network team is working on this issue. After a few days, when the problem was not sorted out, i escalated the matter to my airtel apps my service request number is 75377658.
It has been two months since i have been following up with the problem and the standard five, well-rehearsed sentences that i have been hearing from.
1. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
2. We have forwarded the complaint to the networking team and we are awaiting their feedback.
3. Someone would be contacting you soon.
4. We cannot do anything till the networking team gets back to us.
5. Please let me check the status on your complaint and i will revert to you.
6. I will arrange call back for you about this issue.
When i asked the who is manage the problem, who is sr. Officer, give me his/her contact details, the answer is "no one after me".
Is this the level of service one should expect from a service provider which advertises of "atoot network" ¿india¿s biggest network¿ and boasts of its customer service levels.
