Hi, I booked a new broadband connection on 4th Jan (CAF Number: TBLR7255965).
Airtel executive told that installation team will come on Friday 6th Jan or Saturday 7th Jan, but no one came and not even contacted me. The worse thing is I am not getting response from their service team. I am calling executive since Friday, either his phone is switched off or he is not responding. I try to call office service number ([protected]), call received sometimes but they not communicating. When I make inquiry for the new connection they called me 5 times in a day for 2-3 days. After I paid the amount for booking request, they stoped responding. It seems they don't care about customers.
I just want to know at least are they coming for the installation or I have to go for another service. And if not gonna give me connection plz return my 500 rs amount and inform me So I don't waste my time in waiting. Was this information helpful? |
