[Resolved] Airtel — new broadband internet connection | |||
I am from madurai, tamil nadu. Few weeks back i met a executive from airtel with regards to a new internet broad band (Fiber optic) connection in madurai. He showed me some monthly rental plans for broad band and i was interested in a particular plan. He took rs 700/- from me and said the connection would be provided in 5 working days. I got calls from him after few days, however i haven't got my connection yet. Its been more than three weeks now and now when i contact him he does not respond.
