[Resolved] Airtel — New connection cancellation[protected] | |||||
Hello Airtel I got a new Airtel broadband connection on 11th of April, immediate after next day connection has failed, I have complained to airtel customer care couple of times and they raised tickets to resolve my issue, but no support or technician has came to my home to fix the issue, After 20 days, I decided to cancel my new connection and requested the same to customer care to return my money 4830 rupees 81943314 ticket has raised for cancellation, After raising cancellation request, I got a call from customer care for re-connection but i ignored his offer, After 10 days of cancellation, when I given call to customer care for status, they said connection has re-established and cancellation procedure aborted How this happened without any intimation to me, How this cheating process kept when I ignored the connection Now to whom I need to contact to get my money as kept lot of mails to [protected]@airtel.com & [protected]@in.airtel.com but no response and no call backs from Airtel service too I never seen such a worst & cheating service by Airtel Was this information helpful? | |||||

10 days ago i ported my prepaid reliance sim to airtel 4g prepaid..and till yet there is no network displaying in my sim..kindly fix the problem soon as i am having alot of problem in calling someone
