[Resolved] Airtel — New connection delay | |||
Hi, On 15th September 2016 I applied for a new broadband connection, paid 1000 rs as installment charge filled application form to a person named Anand (no: [protected]) who was wearing airtel tag.The above mentioned person is not attending to any of my calls from then, on contacting customer care they informed that though account is created, doesn't show payment of 1000rs.This whole thing is delaying the process of new connection.I have the bill with me in which serial number appear as TBLR7156400.I expect you to do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||

Very bad response from airtel. When i call the agent named kalpana she rarely took the calls and answered me. Sometimes she used to end my call and say that sir i didn't get your call very very bad from airtel i didnt expect this from them.
