Airtel india... It is frustrating to complete the claim process. After multiple attempts through uploading documents on the site, sending multiple mails, calling the call center - my claim status still shows that the documentation is incomplete. Sms for call back gives an immediate response saying you will be called within 2 business hours, there is no call back even after 8 days. Top it all there is restrictions on number of calls the customer can make to the call centre. No responses to emails. Why create a service which cannot be delivered?
