Airtel — new postpaid connection dated 15th june 2018

I have been trying to get a postpaid connection of airtel from past 3 days and they just come back with a response that it will be given in next 24 hours which has not happened yet. I wonder how the associates can take such things so lightly. Isn't this a revenue to the company which they are letting go for no reason? Highly demotivated and casual attitude customer care who had no responsibility to help me to get a postpaid connection. On the website, they are promising delivery and activation within 24 hours and i am here waiting for some associate to call me to give a confirmation from past 3 days. I will never approach airtel ever again! Worst service provider ever.

My Airtel Number in Bangalore Circle got suspended permanently,

Airtel has not even intimated me before that. I have given number to multiple places, I am using this number in past 6 to 7 years.

Please do the needful.
