Airtel — new prepaid sim

I have converted postpaid to prepaid and they gave new sim. My postpaid services got disconnected on 22nd, nov'17. I have inserted new sim and it always shows 'no service'. I went to airtel store 3 times since then. Every time they say my sim will get activated next day morning. Today, i got signals and i received a message to restart my phone. I have done so and again i am getting 'no sevice' on my phone again. My phone number is [protected]. If i am calling from other number on this number it is saying that this number is 'invalid'.

I have recharged for unlimited calling package with 1gb per day internet, Along with that, some balance was there from the previous recharge which I use to send SMS (Airtel doesn't give free SMS).

Though I have recharged for free unlimited calling. Airtel charges Rs 4 when calling to[protected] !

I would request you to cancel my broadband connection which is allotted in my name, due to personal reason. We hope for your quick response .

My contact number is[protected], iam not able to do outgoing calls fom todaymorning iam getting incoming calls but outgoing is not getting connected it is getting disconnected

I am not able to receive any calls. Outgoing call facility is working but no incoming calls. I have complained thrice already. No solution has been provided.
