Airtel — next gen tv activate

I am vipin. Next generation tv service is activated in my number without my consent and deducted 250rs for two months. When i called customer care they says i have double confirmed by sending sms. However am sure that i have not activated. Now they can't refund the amount. This is clear case of cheating customer from air tell company. My number is [protected].

I am using Airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] since 10-12 years and attached my Aadhar also recently. Kindly confirm the ownership name of this number at the earliest.
