[Resolved] Airtel — Night data benefit not credited to number | |||||
I recharged my number with Rs 53 for 3G night data (12 am to 6 am) for 1 day on 11 November, 2016. That time I already had more than 1 GB 3G data in my number. The amount of 53 was debited from my account but when I used data from 12 m to 6 am, the data got debited from my main 3G data balance instead of being debited from the night data pack. I called up the customer care thrice. The first one said that the amount will be credited to my bank account since I did not get the benefit within 15th November, 2016. The second one said that the amount has already been credited to my account which never happened (not reflected in bank statement). The third one was very rude. She said that I got the benefit of data pack of %3 that day which I have used so they will not do anything from their end.
