Airtel — No 3G network in the area.

There is no 3G network service available in my area ( FC Road) by airtel even if I am registered user by the service provider for 3G. When contacted to the Airtel relationship center, the center told me to manually select the Idea or Vodafone options of the network operator on my phone settings by keeping Roaming option on. That thing really worked, but the charges deducted are based on as per roaming data charge. Also the signal loss issue is there and I manually have to select the other service provider frequently during the day. I contacted the service center by call, but they just took my complaint and nothing was done from their side. My reference no- CMOSW[protected] 21 August 2104, time-13:13. If selected the Airtel network operator, only 2G signal is seen, that also sometimes.
