On 22nd july i submitted a application to change my existing airtel number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. It was completed on 22nd night and i made a recharge of 169 on 23rd july. But since then i couldn't able to use internet on my mobile. I could make outgoing call and can receive incoming call. Sms functionality is fine. I am not getting any 4g or 3g connection in my mobile. Only 2g connection is active.
I went to a airtel store and they said that all profiles and settings are good. They raised one ritm request to resolve the issue. Ritm number is ritm1963294.
Could you please look into this request urgently so that i am able to use internet soon. Was this information helpful? |
