I've switched to airtel postpaid recently (Just 10-15 days ago). From the day of postpaid connection activation, i'd never had 4g signal and also i wasn't able to use 3g connection either most of the day. I've raised this complaint on the first day of my postpaid connection activation, but they keep saying this will be resolved in 48hrs, but never resolved till date from the activation of the connection. I regret switching to airtel and aircel was much more better.
Also the data balance is reducing without usage. I definitely know that i used only 1.9gb of data in my mobile and i've proof of that since i can see the exact data usage in my phone, i use iphone 7 plus. But they say i've used 4.1gb, how cheap they are. I've raised this complaint on this one also, but they do not respond to this and they don't care how many times i call and raise a complaint and just wasting my time.
Also they mentioned that there will 10gb will be credited to my account once i switched to airtel but that never credited to my account and never had an option in airtel application to claim.
What kind of cheap behaviour is this? Cheating customers by fake offers and fake data usage and their customer service is worst. I want to switch to another network immediately.

You said the complaint will be taken care and will be resolved, but till now it's neither taken care of or resolved.
Stop posting these kind of fake details here. Next time when you call I'll record the call for a proof. That's the only thing I can do.
