Airtel — no access to all inclusive package I paid for

Dear all,

I am writing this in regards to my airtel digital tv (Consumer id - [protected] registered under my father's name) recharge of inr 5800.00 approx. On 08th jan18. Before making this transaction i spoke with an agent who advised that i can choose this particular recharge and it will be valid for an year which means that this is one time payment and don't have pay anything apart from this until the validity expires (Validity is for 1 year from the date of recharge). He also advised that this is an all-inclusive package and i will have access to all possible channels exist in airtel dth. Guess what!!!. This did not happen. It's been more than a month i am not able to access most of the hd channels and a channel called "fitness studio" under the category lifestyle. For fitness studio it states that this channel is not a part of my package.

There could be more channels which i do not have access. I do not have time to keep checking the accessibility of channels and i believe it is your duty to provide service i have paid for without any faliure. I find this a major fraud. You lost me as a loyal customer big time and i am really pissed with pathetic customer service who doesn't even know how to talk what to talk. Their product knowledge is zero. They are simply not interested in helping customers neither they are willing to handover the call to their leads/supervisor on duty.

On 05th apr18, i spoke with fauzia (A customer service agent). I explained her the problem and asked her to check what's the issue and why i am not able to access all the channels. I also requested to check the recharge date and the amount. She further checked in her system and confirmed that the said recharge was successfully done in the month of jan 18 and is valid for an year. However, i was shocked to know that i have to pay another inr 100.00 as my balance is zero. I mean seriously??? Then what did i pay inr 5800 for?? And why did the agent in jan advised that i dont have to pay anything extra???

Fauzia advised me that she will raise it for the call listening and i will receive a call within 24 hrs to share the outcome but nothing of that sort happened.in fact i started receiving calls from sales team asking if i am looking for a new connection. This was another situation i could not believe my ears.

It was really foolish of me that i still went ahead and made another recharge of inr100.00 because she said that i only have to pay once (Another lie) and asked to keep the tv and dth which i indeed followed. Nothing happened for may days. No call recording/outcome was shared. No calls received till date. My inr 100.00 also got wasted. I still do not have access these channels. The fitness studio still displays "this channel is not a part of your package". This is so frustrating. This issue continued.

On 11th apr, i spoke with deepak from lucknow call centre and asked him to transfer me to his lead or supervisor on duty as i had enough. He provided me a reference number 73154191. I thank him for providing the reference number which fauzia failed to provide and said that there is no reference number for this call. Coming back to deepak, he could not let me speak with any higher authority and said that i will receive a call from them in 4 hours which never happened till date.

This is a complete scam. You guys encourage customers to spend he'll lot of amount but do not provide a satisfactory service in return. You don't even care what customer is trying to say and understand the inconvinience. The customer service doesn't even bothered to resolve. I am 200% sure that i will be still ask to pay more and contunie to ask in future.

How can i forget. Another instance, i would like to raise is that i received an email yesterday asking me to pay inr 195.00 and the deadline mentioned was 20th apr18. This is absolutley crazy.

I don't think i have to explain any further. Kindly refund my 5800 plus100 and fix the issue. If this is not happened and you failed to fix the issue. I would like have to money refunded anyways and withdraw the membership. I am happy to switch to a different company. I cannot take this incompetency any longer.
