Airtel — no airtel network in subroto park since last, night on 14 sep 17 no voice calls no data connection

No airtel network in subrotopark area, since last night, i m stuck badly as i didn't have other network sim, i m using someone wifi to lodge this complaint. How you such branded company is just sleeping on it, do u want all customer to buy other network sim. Look into it's urgent. Ur app is suggesting my complaint is too short, what the hell u want me to write in this regard, when there is no voice and data network.
