Hi,
I have been using Airtel broadband services from past several months however i have not received any of my bills in my mail or on my phone number. I have been given assurance that because of ongoing Covid crisis my number and email could not be updated in the system.
Till now i'm not able to login to Airtel Broadband portal to download my bills because registered mobile number is not mine. I tried customer care but process requires to have registered phone and email to update any contact details.
I'm not able to contact the local person in the Airtel office as well. My internet is not working from past 15-20 days and i can see there is outstanding bill on my name.
Kindly help me resolve the issue.
