Airtel is not able to fix a simple service issue which i raised almost a month back and now i don't have mobile data on my phone for the past six days!
This is causing huge inconvenience to me and airtel does not feel in a mood to fix the problem.
There only repeated solution is that they will call me within 24 hours to fix the problem. And then i never get a call from this so called technical team to fix this so called technical glitch.
How much longer should i wait for a rectification and what should i do if the problem is not fixed. Was this information helpful? |
