I'm not able to receive any SMS to my airtel number for a while, I noticed this on 13th February 2020 and immediately raised a complaint in airtel customer care.
In the initial stage I used to get some SMS, but after raising the complaint to customer care I'm completely unable to receive any messages.
I tried to follow up with the customer care on 23th February as I don't get any follow up calls or emails from Airtel customer care. This issue is still open and I'm a corporate postpaid Airtel customer who is paying bill every month.
And I work in ITPL, (Whitefield Main Road) where I don't get Internet connectivity as this issue has been raised 1 year before and still we are facing the issue, mobile service provided doesn't seems to be caring about customers issue as we speak about this. Was this information helpful? |
