[Resolved] Airtel — no intimation of plan, not proceed wave off | |||
Dear sir/mam I have used airtel 4g (Wi-fi) no. Is [protected] i got 4 months data free with 4g device, plan of 850 approx. But after 4 months they continued same plan with out any intimation and after generating bill worth rs 884 they start calling every day. I visited airtel office in hisar and requested them to wave off some amount as they not intimate even single time to continue my plan, after 2 days i had words with one of their customer care executive who assured me to wave off 400 in last bill cycle and 400 in current bill cycle and will make continue my plan of rs. 295 in which i will get 24 gb per month for next 6 months but they couldn't proceed their commitment as i was agreed.
