[Resolved] Airtel — No intimation recieved for discontinue of Advance rental plan and now charged monthly rental | |||
I hold airtel no. # [protected] and [protected] since 2010 under advance rental plan of 700/= for 2 years and now suddenly i get a bill in which airtel charges monthly rental plan 298/= + tax instead of advance rental. I have not received any information from airtel regarding the disclosure of such advance rental plan. Now yesterday i visit airtel express store and they are not ready to hear my problem, as they just said that we can't do anything.. sorry. I request to you pls. look in to this matter and waive of my monthly rent and convert it in to advance rental plan. Was this information helpful? | |||
