Airtel — no network after changing sim twice for porting | |||
I've applied for number port from tamil nadu to karnataka. I was given a new sim almost two months back but network didn't come in that sim. Last week again i exchanged to get a new sim as they said it is a faulty sim. But the new one which i got now is again not showing network. There is no support provided and no answers. Both airtel customer care is asking to visit store and airtel store is asking to contact customer care. And i've been charged 850 for two months plan even if my number was not in service because of airtel. And it was my primary business contact number which caused me lot of loss financially.
