Raised No network issue with Airtel SR NO# 90206383 on 26th Apr & till now no solution. Airtel giving different different reason to fool customer.
Till they are saying they are working on issue, but dont know ETA to solve the issue.
65days happen airtel in not able to solve issue & every time i called they say we are upgrading side with better network coverage but there is no ETA for this.
Then i asked them to dont charge me until you solve issue then they refused to do.

As per TRAI & Airtel procedure to raise appeal i called Airtel Officer on number [protected] . Mr. Nagarjun attended call & i asked him to raise appeal. As per he raised the appeal and given me 1 no. 90576053. But from Airtel NET team i came to know that this is not Appeal Unique Reference Number this is Service Request only.
Airtel here is making customer fool & giving wrong promise no service no timeline to solve my issue.

Updated by kiran_tamhane Till now no response from Airtel team. Talked to multiple time with 121 & they have confirmed me that within 24hr. you will get response but no outcome. I have evidence as a call recording of myself and 121.
