[Resolved] Airtel — no network coverage and poor voice clarity on mobile | |||
Greetings! This is jagadeesh and i wanted to share my experience about your network and the customer service I am facing the network problem in bangalore city and i have raised about 10 + complaints so far. I tried reaching the support team, csr team, nodal team, appellate team but no proper resolution (And now don't know whom to contact next ;- (). It's been almost 3 months now and still the problem exists. Whenever i reach the team they just say "we are escalating the issue and would resolve in 72 working hours" (Not sure how many 72 hours passed in last 3 months and they always use the templates to respond me. Even after asking them to document what we discuss they never put in email). Sometimes the nodal team representative is very rude stating that "the problem will not be resolved for next 3 months as we have to setup a new tower in your area which cannot be done overnight (Yes, literally they used this word)". If that is the case why are you asking me to stay with network? (Agree that you cannot resolve my problem and i will be happy to move on) I'm using airtel network since 2007 and these days i feel like airtel lost their credibility and they are least bothered about the customers (As they have 1 million plus customer, they don't mind loosing few of them) I don't see any progress and hence would like to switch to any other network where i get a respect being a customer at least Airtel is a worst ever network! And very bad customer service Also i undergone mental stress talking to airtel team (Everyday about 4, 5 times i have to call them) and also the call doesn't connect at first 5 attempts on an average. Whenever am at residence i have to make multiple attempts (Countless) to make an outgoing call and i wont receive any incoming calls during evening/night hours if am at home. I lost so many important calls and also i had to walk about 500 meters to catch the signal. I am currently using whatsapp data to make call (This is from broadband and not from airtel please) Worst service and network ever. Was this information helpful? | |||
