Dear sir / madam,
I have raised several complaints relating to poor network coverage in my area of karol bagh, delhi for the last five months. There is no action being taken by the airtel team till date.
I have specifically written to appellate authorities, nodal officers, customer care dept etc. The same answer from july 2017, i am being told is that they will plan to provide new site of network tower in my area which process require 90 days. Without any delay i paid their dues for the said period and denied to pay any further until my network problem get fixed.
But in november airtel rather than provide me updates for my network problem they started asking to settle the dues if i require their services. They have barred me with outgoing facility and now they are giving me warning that if i will not settle their dues they will stop my incoming facility also.
They completely ingored my complaint no 77791156 which i registered in july 2017 and put the same on hold till date.
I am facing a signal variation outdoor as well from high to low within in seconds causing call drops and annoying customers.
I would like the concerned authorities to take necessary action at the earliest or i will move to consumer court for compensate my harassment.
