[Resolved]  Airtel — Billing name error

Dear Mam/Sir,
Past few month my experience with airtel customer support is very bad first thing no one support for any problem. last few month im contentiously trying to change billing name of may airtel connection for its i have summit all the need full documents but every time they demand for it again this is very bad experience. so please help

When the issues will get resolved ? On tv advertisement they are showing that issue will get resolved in 2 working days.

We are statying in pune city but we are not geeting signals .

in Tv advitisement it shows in mountes also geeting signal but i am staying city even i am geeting signals, then how can we contiou with aritel network.

More then 100 peopels are facing this issue.
