Airtel — NO RELATIONSHIP ACCOUNT MANAGER FROM AIRTEL TO SUPPORT THE CORPORATE CONNECTION (VERY POOR SERVICE) | |||
Dear Sir, My name Santosh Kumar Singh and I am using corporate connection of Airtel. We have more than 120 (One hundred twenty) connection of airtel for my organisation use. Problem : No relationship account manager from Airtel from last three month. When, I need to complaint for any service or required any kind for support related Airtel connection service, I am gettion problem like: If I required any new SIM I am not able to arrange because no relationship account Manager. If I have to complaint about any service I am not able to solve because no one from Airtel side to support. I called several time to our old relationship account manager mobile number but all time phone cut by the airtel relationship manager. I mail, lots of time to our old relationship account manager but no one reply. I mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com also but no solution till date. Please provide the My new Airtel Account manager mobile number and mail id. Old account manager number is :[protected]Muskaan) Mail id : a_Tabassum.[protected]@in.airtel.com This mail id and number never reply. please check. Please give me solution ASAP. Declaration : If I am not getting solution in 2 days (before 6th May 2015) I will change (MNP) the current operator (Airtel) of all 120 mobile numbers which is used in my organisation.
