[Resolved] Airtel — No signal airtel dongle | |||
I have benn using prepaid 3 g airtel dongle # [protected]. During the last 10 day's The signal is not thereally and suddenly It has become edge airtel instead of wcdma. My complaint number 49766356 And they make a mockery of calling me twice to get my house address repeatedly But no action forth coming. They keep shifting the goal post by shifting the Probable end date to attend to the complaint. Amother mockery is that They exploit you over phone to find a loop Hole in the conversation like questionnaire About the laptop type windows type etc. The same system with the same laptop Was giving me the 3g signal during all these 4year's and there is no answer from them why all of a sudden the signal network changed from wcdma to edge airtel. Since it is a wireless. Network they should be able to monitor and correct the same. There should be a service centre in each area. Airtel store at any location do not entertain these issues simply refer to customer care. After my repeated reminder at level 1 and then to nodal level The response is nil.
