Airtel — No Signal for Mobile No [protected]/[protected] for 3 months mow | |||
Dear Airtel Team, Greetings!!! This has been very sad approach from the Airtel team which is operating in Hyderabad - Chandanagar Area – Ranga Reddy District. We have shifted to the address: Flat 409 Block “A” Madhavapuri Hills PJR Enclave Road No 5 Pin Code 500049 last June 2014. We have obtained 2 postpaid corporate connections while working with Karvy Computershare as a Manager numbers being [protected] and [protected].Previously I was having 2 postpaid connection in Kolkata which I had for almost 10 years being [protected] and [protected] but till date never thought would experience such a bad and bitter experience that for a service provider like AIRTEL, I might have relocate to another house which will cost around Rs 10000 to Rs 15000 plus the pain I have to go through locating another house to suit AIRTEL’s connectivity and bandwidth. Initial 10 months till April 2015 we never faced any connectivity issue like this. Suddenly one fine morning from May 2015 onwards neither can we speak nor can we take calls for more than 2 mins. I ended up spending more to speak to anyone because the phone kept disconnecting due to lack of signal and connectivity. Hardly we can browse the net or use the BBM or Whatsapp where I spend Rs 700/- (approx) per connection per month. For few days I ignored this issue satisfying myself that it’s a temporary issue and definitely will be resolved but it not happen to my expectation. Things went worse and I lodged a complaint on 13-May-2015 – Madinaguda Airtel Center Reference No being 61885650 where the following incident took place in the following manner 1) Complaint Lodged on 13-May-2015 at Madinaguda Airtel Center Reference No being 61885650 2) Site Inspection done – Mr Venkatesh from Airtel which he accepted the problem described by me persisted. 3) Airtel Customer Care [protected] confirmed on phone saying problem will be resolved within 4 days. 4) Case closed within 4 days from Airtel side where the problem is till persisting till date. Post the above I decided to call up the Airtel Area Manager Miss Deepthi who ensured immediately addressing the issue give me an immediate resolution. Initially no one revert on my complaint to Deepthi. Again I had remind her where Mr Pravesh called and again just attended my problem rather giving me resolution. The same trend followed where again Pravesh did not revert until unless I again kept calling and ensured him that if does not take an action on this I will definitely escalate the issue. After Pravesh attended my call he directed the technician Mr Sailesh who immediately asked me to go and talk to the association and convince them of my Apartment where I only stay in the capacity of a tenant, to install a BTS on that apartment. I really ask you the question –Is it my duty to do the job for installing the BTS or I do my job where I work for a living. Again Pravesh called me and tried convincing the same thing. In fact he further went on saying that if I do not support his request then they will not be able help me. Actually I am very tired writing the full history like this. Finally last request – Kindly confirm by mail at [protected]@yahoo.co.in whether the airtel team will be able to resolve the issue or not – either ways please inform me. I am also living at Madhavaouri hills, chandanagar, hyderabad. The above singal issue still not resolved, its more than a year, lot of people from this area raising complaints, but no actions at all. day by day its becoming worst.
please come to madhavapuri hills and get into any apartment, check the singals. Requst you to take seriously on this issue and try to sort out. Like a city in hyderabad itself airtel not able to provide coverage properly, its really wondering.
