Airtel — No Sound output

Hi, I made this complaint about my Airtel Tv not giving sound 2 weeks ago. This is my mother's Airtel DTH connection. Its located in Margaon, Goa. Airtel TV .acct.no [protected] Registered email. [protected]@yahoo.co.in When I registered the Complaint, I received the following msg but there was nothing that was done. Your request has been acknowledged. Your reference no. is DT[protected]. We will get back to you in 2 hrs.Please provide this reference No. for any future correspondence related to this enquiry. This was almost 10 days ago. We still have no clue what is happening and we recharged the connection again today. When we go to the Airtel office, we are asked to call the call center.
