Airtel — no visits by your representative

I am using Airtel pre-paid No.[protected] for the past 4 to 5 years now. I posted a request for change of my pre-paid connection to a post paid one at www.airtel.in, twice. Every time I got a call from your executive who briefed me about the post-paid plans, etc. and the required documents. Every time he fixed an appointment to collect the documents and the required fee.But it was very unbecoming that they kept me waiting and nobody turned up. It was an unwelcome gesture for a company like this with whom I am associated for the last so many years. Please resolve, if you are to retain your customer base.
