[Resolved]  Airtel — Non availability of any benefits after recharge

Sir, Being an Air Force personnel with a transferable job, I am an airtel customer for more than 5 years from various circles. It is the customer support and the positive attitude of your personnel of the previous circles (Delhi NCR& Bihar) that prompted me to stick with airtel here at Sirsa Haryana. On 29 Mar 15, I have recharged with Rs.77/- in my mobile No. [protected] after going through the self care (*121#) and checking data services. When I checked, the offer was 500MB 3G data for 14 days. Accordingly, I immediately recharged through SBI freedom installed in my mobile. Message received as "recharge successful, talktime credited 0.0" etc., When I checked data balance and validity it was shown as some 600+ MB and validity 29 Mar. I approached your customer care executive and then his senior yesterday itself and today. They say I have done a wrong recharge and no benefit can be given. It is requested that either the full amount may be refunded or a regular talktime or 3G data may be credited to my number. Looking forward to a positive response from your side
