Airtel — non availability of basic services | |
This to bring to your kind notice that the customer service in airtel is pathetic they are trying to manipulate their customers by way of advertising, in reality they are least bothered about their customers. First of all i called to the customer care and asked that i am using 7 connections of airtel in my home and in all the sim cards their is an offer of 99rs. Which is not available on one number ([protected]). I called the customer care to activate this offer in the above mentioned number, they strictly rejected my request that it is not in their hands.. I am getting an offer of 398 for 70days and they r giving unlimited calls and 1gb data per day, but what i am trying to explain them is it is basic phone which i am using so there is no use in providing data in this number... Its not a matter of recharging if it is useful then definitely no one will escalate but when a consumer feels cheated then and have no option left with then what should he do..
