Dear sir/madam,
I would like to bring to your kind attention about the conduct of airtel company in not providing dth services as per new trai guidelines. I have selected my dth pack according to my usage and convenience much before 1st february 2019. But till date neither my desired pack has been activated nor their are responding to my queries. I have tried on numerous occasions to get in touch with them via customer care services but to no avail. Still the company is charging me as per my old plan.
I hope you will take necessary action against the unprofessional attitude of the company as i have faced a lot of harassment.
