Airtel stores manager was asked to migrate said no from pre to post paid service, which was done but service stoped on 29 nov 2017, due to defective sim, sim was replaced but service did not restore. Again was asked to replace the sim which was done, still no service.
I have been requesting and visiting airtel office at hamirpur 177001 but in pain,
I am told at some level my profile has been fiddled with by airtel office and not been able to restore the service till date. This causes great hardship both financially n mentaly.
