[Resolved] Airtel — Non provision of promised basic broadband | |||
Sr#[protected] from 22 may 2016 my internet is disconnecting intermittently. Also, the speed of internet when its working is not more than 1.42mbps from the promised 4mbps. Every 15 days, i have broadband issues from almost 2 years now. When i dial 198 and 121 from my landline as well as mobile phone, it is getting disconnected. After all this you dare to provide a bill. Is it not cheating… shame on non-provisioning of basic internet and cellphone service. Its a service delinquent of the company of this stature.
