Airtel — Non receipt of Internet balance | |||||
I recharged my no. [protected] with 495 from my airtel app. As as per their app 495 recharge fetches me 2.2gb data. I recharged therefore and recharge was successful. I didn't receive the net balance though. I'm attaching two snapshots of the offer on my airtel app as well as the recharge successful msg. Help me at the earliest. What's the status update regarding my concern. I put in a concern on 26th November. I guess four days are more than enough to address any issue.
I haven't been benefitted with the Internet benefits yet after even seven days of recharge. This is ridiculous.
I haven't received the benefits even after writing several mails to ur so called customer care.
Do you really work on any issue or is it just for a writing sake. I think the latter is appropriate in ur case.
Can I expect you to atleast address my issue now.
