Airtel — Non receiving of Amount in my airtel app

Today I have done payment transaction of Rs.1000/-from add money option in my airtel app.my mobile no is [protected]. The amount is not credited.pl go through and clear this as earlier as possible.my mail id is - sack.[protected]@gmail.com.pl go through this and resolve my complaint.give me details for geting money back.
