Airtel — non receiving of recharge amount | |||
I have a mobile no [protected] which i recharged on 16/11/17 for an amount of rs448/- through internet banking. On seeing the transaction not materialising immediately, i opted for doing it again. To my surprise both my amounts of rs448/- debited and credited with airtel. I have received the talktime offer for only one rc and on 25/1/18 it was ceased. When i tried the call centre they have confirmed that i will get only on offer and the second amount is lapsed. And i will not get anything out of it. When i escalated the call, they asked me accept that it is my mistake of doing it twice, and if requested only they could extend rs200/- worth of talk time that too on mercy. I got no option but to request and take the talktime of rs 200/-. This really hurted my feelings as they asked me to request then only they will extend that talktime.
