The problem i’m facing in order to get refund of the unsuccessful transaction done while recharging my airtel dth account no. [protected].
I initiated an online transaction to recharge my airtel dth through yes bank net banking using myairtel app on 12/feb/2018 but the transaction was not successful & my yes bank account was debited with the amount. Then later on that day i again recharged my dth which got successful. The details of the transactions are as follows:-
On 12th feb 2018 i tried to recharge my dth account twice, out of them one got successful & the transaction reference numbers are:-
1. First transaction[protected] – didn’t get any confirmation for this transaction of rs.299 but the amount was deducted from my yes bank account and the same is not refunded yet.
2. Second transaction[protected] –transacted using another bank account, got successful & my dth get recharged by rs.299.
Initially i raised the request with the airtel and got the reply (Reply mail attached) that the recharge has failed & they haven’t received the amount so they cannot refund the same.
Then i raised a complaint with the yes bank and they have given the confirmation (Reply mail attached) that the amount got successfully credited into the merchants account so they cannot refund the same.
As both the parties are denying to refund the amount i kindly request you to intervene in the matter to get the refund as early as possible.
