Airtel — Non refund of the charges for my wi-fi bill

Team, this is with regard to the broadband services which i am availing from Airtel. Since July'15, my devise is not working and i have registered 6 complaints with the service provider on this, to which i get no response from them. i have been paying a bill of Rs 1133 every month from July till Aug for the services which i have not even availed off. i would like to bring to your notice that Airtel has sent me the Sep'15 bill as well for the same amount which i am not ready to pay now. Request you to please assist in getting this waived and also ask them to refund my previous bills as the services were not availed for which i have paid. i have raised the complain again yesterday vide complain no 64780015 to which the company is saying that they will waive Rs 500 rs for my future bills for three months. they had committed that they would send someone by today 9.00 am to rectify the issue to which no action was taken. As a consumer my concern is why should i be paying Rs 500 also for the devise which is not operating. Please assist in deactivating this valueless service and arrange for my refunds. Your team continues to write me emails asking me to pay my Sep bill for the services which i have not used.

On top of that they deliberately failed to resolve my complain and now have sent me one more email to pay Oct proportionate charges.

I am not understaning what type of consumer servicer are you providing. Now i am going to post this is the social media saying that your Airtel 4G advertisments are all fake since your service is pathetic but you want to be paid for your useless service as well.

Team, you continue to harrass the customer for payment of services which was never provided. and to top it you threaten to file a legal complain on this.
