[Resolved] Airtel — Non responsible DTH Service | |||
Have registered complaints for remote several times. Every month there has to be a problem and need to follow up with the customer care then with the local vendor. I received a call against my service request 58268844 from a local person, whom i was following for 3 days to have the remote changed. He smartly transfers the request to his friend who does not turn up. Airtel had promised of TAT and person visiting by evening 6.30 pm and get it resolved, no one turns up and leaves as it is. Fed up with such lack luster attitude and irresponsible behaviour. If you cannot honour your commitments then keep away. You need guys like jio to screw your happiness. I am planning to move on with other provider, as have already done in the postpaid connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
