Airtel — non working of broadband and misguide by technicians | |||
To, Airtel I have a Broadband no[protected] name of Mahesh Kedia. From today morning i have continue complaint to customer care for disable network of my line so that i was face heavy problem of my business related works.there was not properly reply from your side till now.i was called to your technical Dept.on Mobile No.[protected] to Mr.Yoyesh.He was commit me after half an hour services will continue, when i was call after 45 minuts he was again said after half an hour your services will continue, when service was not available then i was call again to mr.yogesh he was given my call to Mr.Balram he said after 1 hour your services will continue.again i was called to m.balram he said till morning services will not continue. What is this when you are not confirm that services will continue so why commit to us again and again. if my problem not resolved till 12 pm please disconnect my number.i don't have this connection.same problem i was faced again and again please see the complaint log.
