Airtel — non working of internet from 16 days

They updated my plan for mobile no. ([protected]) on 9/1/18 for which i never requested and from that very day my internet stopped working. After repeated calls (Approx. 25-30) my problem did not get resolved, still the internet is not working. There is huge loss to my work as well as this is a mental harrasment as every time i am being a new timeline.in past 16 days i received only one call on 23/01/18 where i was assured that the internet will start working within 24 hrs. But it did not work.
Despite of defeceincy in service i am being charged the full tarrif.
This is a kind of mental harrasment i m facing and huge loss to my business.
