[Resolved] Airtel — Not able to call a fixed land line number from my mobile number

Hello,
I wish to bring to your kind information that i am unable to call the fixed number[protected] from mobile number [protected].
Every time i try to call i will be greeted with the automatic response of you can not call this number.
It is causing me lot of hardship because i can't call my home. I tried to contact airtel people but there is no response from them.

It would be helpful if this is resolved please.
