[Resolved] Airtel — Not able to change postpaid plan

I want to change my airtel postpaid plan, i am being overly charged because of my plan.

I am trying to change it for last few months, but it won't allow me, whenever i try to change my plan, it shows me - you are not allowed to change the plan.

I want 799 cug plan (35 packs) with following modifications:
Inline image 3
15 packs of 3g/4g data
12 packs of local calls
7 packs of std calls
1 pack of national sms
Inline image 4

If possible change my plan asap to this, then i will pay my rest amount or i will switch the network to vodafone.

Hi Team,
I wrongly did 3G recharge to wrong number([protected]) instead of my [protected] .
The Transaction ID is[protected] & Recharge amount is 165 Rs.
Request you to please undo the transaction & credit same amount of talk time to [protected]

Would have rated 5/5 but I am not getting an option to change my plan from 499 to 399. Have been trying to contact but because of lockdown unable to contact. I dont have so much data usage which is why i want to switch back to 399 plan. Please help asap.
